Shenadoah Horseback offers full field board tailored to fit
your and your horse's needs. Our services are offered for
your convience and your horse's enjoyment. We're sure
your horse will love it here on our quiet family farm.
Boarding includes all the grass he/she would like to eat
and a constant supply of fresh water (heaters used in
winter). We feed top quality grain twice daily year round.
Hay is available to the horses throughout the winter
months. Grooming for health management (blanketing) as
needed and deworming every 12 weeks is included in
the monthly board fee as well as fly treatment and masks
from spring to fall. Vet and farrier fees are additional and
the resposibility of the boarder. As a Shenandoah
Horseback Boarder you will enjoy use of the premises
and the many easily accessable trails. You will also
qualify for reduced rate on lessons, parties, and other
horse events. Monthly Field Board Rate $175. If your
horse requires medication or any regular treatment please
let us know as these are available as add ons. For those
who'd like their horse to receive a little extra care whether
it is keeping him active with a ride between your visits,
exercise in the round pen, taking him for a summertime
swim, or having him fully groomed we'd love to take care
of your special requests.
